Who is
Frank Brigidi, Jr.?

Frank’s story begins back in the 1950’s on the streets of Philadelphia with a kid who had a dream. Frank has no academic degree and was actually “kicked out” of five high schools, but he had the heart of an entrepreneur, with a goal and the drive to move forward. Frank took the family collision repair business and made it a national business (Collex Collision Expert, Inc.) with franchises in the US and Canada.

In addition to this monetary success, Frank has always enjoyed the opportunity of sharing his secret to success by being a mentor to small business owners and supporting minority owned businesses. But this wasn’t enough, Frank still has a goal of encouraging future entrepreneurs and to accomplish this he has created the innovative marketing and business game called MYOB.

Mind Your Own Business sets itself apart by emphasizing ethical behavior and cooperation, rather than encouraging players to engage in cut-throat tactics. Each turn students take around the board represents a week of business ownership. The risk and opportunity cards collected throughout game-play mirror situations faced by actual business owners every day.

Students are urged to consider the long-term impact of their decisions against the opportunity for immediate financial gain. Participants come away from the program understanding the rewards and challenges of the entrepreneurial lifestyle. Mind Your Own Business prepares students to become the leaders of tomorrow.

The Inventor's Mission Statement

Hello, my name is Frank Brigidi and I want to improve the educational environment for young business minded individuals. This can be accomplished through the game I created called “Mind Your Own Business”.

Mind Your Own Business is not just a board game, but a concept to provide knowledge about running a business in a fun and interactive style to all game participants. When I developed this concept a few years ago, it was designed as a board game which could be played by young adults. With today’s technology, I see this idea flourishing as an online application accessible to students around the world.

"Mind Your Own Business allows students to find out, in an enjoyable environment, whether business ownership might be the career path for them.”

Mind Your Own Business provides that business knowledge in a creative, fun, and interactive way. Mind Your Own Business allows students to find out, in an enjoyable environment, whether business ownership might be the career path for them. Mind Your Own Business teaches numerous concepts such as entrepreneurship, franchising, management and administration.

Prepare for the future in a Fun & Interactive style by gaining business knowledge while gaming.
